Losing weight is not a race! Many of our clients come in expecting to drop weight quickly because their "friend" lost X amount of weight in 2 months!

Our goal is a healthier you, and if that's a skinnier, you then great, but we want to go low and slow! What does that mean?

Low dosing and slow weight loss is the way to go! Balanced macros allows you to keep your nutrition healthy. Many of us come from a generation of counting calories, and while a calorie deficit will allow you to lose weight, it can often times leave you looking deflated after weightloss along with other side effects such as hairloss.

Let's combat those by living a healthy lifestyle! If you are middle-aged or have a large amount of weight to lose, sometimes loose skin or sagging is just going to happen, but we can combat that with exercise (weights and resistance training) and a balanced diet with high protein!
